SBMC are proud of the training and education we’re able to offer our employees. As a social enterprise and a division of RBLI we have over 100 years experience in supporting vulnerable veterans and those with disabilities.

A supportive environment

We recognise the unique skills that veterans and those with disabilities bring to the workplace and understand the challenges many have faced before coming to SBMC. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and supportive environment which has grown to ensure the members of our community feel safe in their workspace.

Accredited Courses

We believe our employees should grow within the organisation. We have made it possible that enrolment onto accredited courses can be completed while working at SBMC. We are an accredited SQA, Highfield Training, and Nuco training centre and all of our team are given time within their working week to achieve their qualifications.

Employability Training

Being a division of RBLI, SBMC is able to provide advice and training on employability, Our Lifeworks programme is able to offer training and support to those who have left military service who are struggling to find meaningful employment or find suitable employment for the skills acquired whilst in the military.
