Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company (SBMC) is a new and exciting social enterprise manufacturing products and delivering services whilst providing employment opportunities to members of the Armed Forces community. It is our mission to help ex-service personnel towards independence through employment after they leave service. SBMC is a division of Royal British Legion Industries - Charity Number 210063.
SBMC is based in the heart of the Erskine village near Glasgow. Our address is Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company, Bishopton, Renfrewshire, PA7 5PU.
Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company supports ex-service personnel by providing employment and training. We particularly aim to support those ex-service personnel who have been unemployed or are experiencing a disability or health condition.
For members of our team that have previously served in the Armed Forces, working at SBMC provides them with the opportunity to use the skills they acquired during their service in a civilian work environment. This offers ex-service personnel the chance to earn a living while developing their skills; helping them to maintain their independence on civvy street.

SBMC is a division of Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI), a national charity providing employment support and care to the Armed Forces community and people with disabilities and health conditions. To find out more about RBLI please visit https://www.rbli.co.uk/

Any surplus that SBMC generates through commercial activities is always put back into supporting our beneficiaries, both by providing employment in our factories and funding to support ex-service personnel back into work.

There are several ways that you can support SBMC, but the most effective way is to purchase our products and services. By doing so you enable us to provide employment to ex-Forces personnel. Whether you buy the products that we make directly or encourage other organisations to do so, this will help us to grow our business and support more people.

  • Road, Rail & Commercial Signs - all manufactured to the latest regulatory standards, using state-of-the-art printing technology and all to the exacting standards of ISO9001.
  • Fulfilment - Pick & Pack - Assembly; specialist fulfilment activity.
  • Print & Mail - General Print; Wide Format Print; Direct Mail.
  • Circular Economy.
